Comminucator: So she can keep in contact with Xmen at all times, 

First aid kit: She was trained by Angel to have basic knolwedge of how to patch people up. She also has been known to remove bullets from people, and even use staples to stuture wounds.

Small objects such as coins and little metal pieces: She carries a good small pouch of these objects, so she can use them to pick locks and to distract foes, when it is needed on mission

Banglets: Special bracelettes made by Magneto and Professor X, to help regualte her powers, and keep them in check when needed. She can't take them off, it requires someone with greater magnetical powers; like her grandfather.

Stealth: Because of her magentical abilities, magnet has the ability to sneak up on people, because of her small size, and she's able to fit into most vents and she is quite flexible

language skills; She is quite smart when it comes to languages fluent in German, English, Polish and can speak Spanish, French and Mandarin quite well.

Computer skills: She possesses an above average ability to hack into computers and a get information from people. 

Fighting Skills: She is very skilled at hand-to-hand combat, having recieved training from Cyclops and Wolverine in hand-to-hand combat. 

Manipulation: Because of her small size and how adorable she looks, she mostly is able to talk her way out of situations; though has been known to back fire on her. "The whole Looks can be deciving" line fits her to a "T"

Medic Skills: Because she was trained by Angel to become the medic of her team, because of her small size and her ability to manipulate metal, it would come in handy.

Understanding of how mechanical things work: Because of her abilities, she has quite a vast understanding of how mechanical objects can work, like she can jump start a car if needed be; or she can deactivate a security system.
